Dawn Acevedo is a Senior Paralegal in the firm's Real Estate Group. Dawn serves as the primary support contact for residential real estate transactions. She has specialized expertise with cooperatives and often serves as their liaison for collection matters. Since 1998, Dawn has developed extensive proficiency in supporting attorneys who represent purchasers, sellers, lenders and co-ops, including preparing documents, clearing title issues and coordinating closings, but most importantly, keeping clients regularly informed on the progress of their matter. She approaches every transaction with patience and care and has an established track record of saving our clients' time and money through her client-centered and detail-oriented methods. Dawn is an active member of her community and serves as First Vice President on the Lynbrook SEPTA Board. Through this role, she collaborates with the Lynbrook School District to provide services for children with special needs and plans events to support and educate parents on the process of obtaining services for their children.
