Jonathan Shalamov is an associate at MMPS who practices in the Real Estate Group. He represents and counsels individuals, businesses, lenders, investors and developers with real estate leasing, licensing, and litigation matters along with the negotiation, purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Jonathan has extensive experience in corporate healthcare law where he provides effective and strategic legal, transactional, regulatory and compliance counsel to start-ups, entrepreneurs, organizations and providers, such as Management Service Organizations (MSO's), Ambulatory Surgical Centers, Urgent Care Clinics, Licensed/Certified Home Health Care Agencies, Physicians, Dentists, and Physical/Occupational Therapists. He also counsels healthcare clients in connection with corporate structure and formation, licensing, Corporate Practice of Medicine, Article 28 Rules and Regulations, Fraud and Abuse violations, Anti-kickback and Stark Law Regulations, Fee-Splitting, Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) Audits and Mergers and Acquisitions of Healthcare organizations and with all contractual needs related to the Healthcare arena. Jonathan is fluent in Russian and proficient in Hebrew.
