Leah is a Partner at MMPS who practices in the Real Estate Group. She regularly represents commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-family homes, cooperative and condominium apartments. Leah attends to various aspects of clients’ residential real estate ownership including public and private financing, formation and organization of LLC’s and preparation of Wills and Trusts. She has extensive experience in drafting and filing Offering Plans for cooperative and condominium conversion projects including amendment submissions for Sponsor and holders of Unsold Shares, as well as Sponsor sales and holders of Unsold Share acquisitions and financing.
Leah serves as general counsel to a multitude of cooperative and condominium associations where she advises on prospective purchase applications, commercial leases, unit owner and/or shareholder matters, financing transactions, and construction and improvement projects, and often acts as their transfer agent.
