Scott Woller



Scott is a partner at MMPS and member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and Litigation Group. Scott also works with the firm's Corporate Group. He regularly represents buyers, sellers, and lenders on commercial and residential real estate transactions and he manages the firm’s active foreclosure practice. Scott also is an experienced and accomplished litigator and appellate attorney and he regularly represents and advises clients in a wide-variety of matters, including litigation and appeals involving secured transactions, mortgage foreclosures, employment and trade secrets, business dissolutions, and personal injury. Scott has represented Fortune 500 companies, corporate executives and boards of directors, small businesses and startups, professional athletes, and private individuals. Additionally, Scott advises small businesses and public corporations on corporate governance, commercial contracts, tax matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining MMPS, Scott was a litigation and corporate governance associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and a served as U.S. General Counsel to an international technology startup. Following law school, Scott served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and then to the Honorable George B. Daniels on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is licensed to argue for the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts of New York and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
