Josh is an Partner at MMPS in the Corporate and Real Estate Group. He represents the firm’s clients in a variety of real estate matters, including the representation of private lenders and financial institutions in various types of financings for the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties.

Prior to joining MMPS, Josh worked as General Counsel to a Brooklyn based real estate developer, and as In-House Counsel to a real estate owner and operator. He has experience drafting and negotiating various high-level real estate and corporate agreements.
