Erica is a partner at MMPS in the Real Estate Group. Erica focuses on all areas of real estate law including representation of both lenders and borrowers in the origination of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and bridge loans; buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and due diligence review of assets; and property owners, contractors and design professionals in drafting and negotiating construction agreements, contractor agreements and various other contracts.
