Michal is an Associate in the firm’s Coop/Condo Practice Group. She assists in reviewing Offering Plans, Declarations, Bylaws, Proprietary Leases and House Rules and drafting corporate governance documents and resolutions as a means of assisting cooperative and condominium boards in governing their respective properties. In addition to her work in the Coop/Condo Group, Michal represents purchasers and sellers of residential and multi-use properties, including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, and single/multi-family homes.

Prior to joining MMPS, Michal worked for a large managing agent as a Vice President and the head of the Closing Department. Michal was acting as a Transfer Agent for Condos and Coops while managing the daily activity of the department. Michal is also a member of the New York City Bar Association Cooperative & Condominium Law Committee.
