Jordi is a partner at MMPS who practices primarily within the Commercial Real Estate Group. He represents financial institutions, financing companies, commercial banks, private equity groups, hedge funds, lending funds, family offices, mortgage servicers, developers, high net worth individuals and investment groups in all facets of real estate transactions. He handles a wide variety of real estate and business matters, including representing lenders, developers and investors in the financing, acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining the firm, Jordi worked at a well-known real estate law firm in New York City, where he represented institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loan financings nationwide. He has counseled lenders in connection with the refinancing and acquisition of multifamily properties through the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program and the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program, with a focus on affordable housing, manufactured housing, small balance loans, tenant-in common borrower transactions, condominiums and conventional loan programs. Jordi also has extensive prior experience as a litigator, having previously represented clients in a variety of commercial matters, including real estate, debtor-creditor rights, corporate governance and other business disputes.
