Matthew is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Department, where he focuses on representing private lenders and financial institutions in a broad range of complex financing transactions. His practice includes advising clients on loans secured by commercial and residential assets, including acquisitions, development projects, and refinancings. In addition to his lender-side practice, Matthew has experience assisting buyers, sellers, and lending institutions in residential real estate transactions. He is well versed in the due diligence process, including the review of offering plans, financial statements, and cooperative and condominium board minutes. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked at a real estate practice where he assisted in representing both individual clients and lenders in residential real estate matters.
