Dean is the managing partner at MMPS who focuses his practice on corporate matters and real estate. He has strong expertise in entity formation and structure of domestic, foreign entities, tax matters, 1031 exchanges, lending practices, Truth and Lending regulations, creditors’ rights, title matters, and land use regulations. He represents many prominent lenders, developers, property operators, business owners, and investors as well as first-time and repeat home buyers. Dean resides on the board of managers of three different investment groups where he provides legal advice on the acquisition, renovation, and lease of multi-family, mixed-use, condominium and various other real estate projects. He is licensed to argue in the Eastern and Southern District of Federal Court.

Dean also serves as the Legal Advisor for Credo Sports & Entertainment. Dean started his legal career as an NBA Player Agent, negotiating employment contracts for professional athletes while holding extensive knowledge of the NBA collective bargaining agreement.
