Jason is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group. In the real estate practice, Jason represents buyers and sellers as well as lenders and corporate entities in the financing, acquisition, and disposition of real estate. Prior to joining MMPS, Jason headed the banking department of a real estate law firm where he provided counsel to financial institutions while managing the day to day activities of the residential settlement agent practice. Jason also headed the US branch of an international technology company specializing in semiconductor and fixture testing, where he dealt extensively with multiple F500 companies to negotiate purchase agreements, NDAs, and other compliance matters. While attending Rutgers Law School, Jason was selected as a summer intern at the Constitutional Court of Korea, the court of last resort for constitutional issues. He is fluent in Korean, and lives in Flushing, NY with his family.
