Jihyon is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She focuses on all areas of real estate law, including representation of institutional lenders, private equity companies and individuals involved in real estate transactions. Her experience includes but is not limited to drafting loan documents and reviewing title reports. She also has a broad expertise in reviewing residential contracts and due diligence documents such as co-op/condo offering plans, financial statements and board minutes. Prior to joining MMPS, Jihyon worked at a firm where she assisted in the representation of individuals in real estate transactions. In Korea, she worked for a government agency regulating media content. A native Korean, she is fluent in both Korean and English.
