Eric is a partner at MMPS in the Real Estate Group. Eric focuses on all areas of real estate law including the representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders on commercial and residential transactions. His expertise also includes small business representation, investor/partnership agreements, commercial lease agreements, and landlord-tenant disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers on commercial real estate finance where he reviewed loan documents, large loan disclosures in Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities offerings, and the sales and marketing of senior loans and mezzanine debt to outside investors.
