Eric is a partner at MMPS who manages the Commercial Real Estate Group. His primary focus is representing financial institutions, non-banking financial companies, commercial banks, private equity companies, hedge funds, lending funds, family offices, mortgage servicers, developers, and domestic and international high net worth individuals and investment groups in all facets of lending, borrowing and other real estate matters. His expertise includes permanent lending, traditional first and second mortgage financing, lines of credit, construction, mezzanine, note on note, co-lending (A/B) arrangements, equipment, and other various types of secured and unsecured financing. Eric also advises his clients on general business matters including acquisitions and sales, loan dispositions, due diligence for all real estate and loan related assets, investor/partnership agreements, performing and non-performing loan scenarios, syndication and participation structures, preferred equity offerings and commercial lease agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers on commercial real estate finance where he reviewed loan documents, large loan disclosures in Commercial Mortgaged Backed Securities offerings, and the sales and marketing of senior loans and mezzanine debt to outside investors.
