Peter is a Partner at MMPS who practices in the Real Estate Group, Creditors’ Rights Group, and Litigation Group. He regularly represents mortgage lending institutions in real estate transactions, as well as corporate and individual clients at the state and federal levels. He has extensive expertise in banking, compliance, and regulation. Before joining the firm, Peter worked in the Consumer Fraud division of the New York State Office of the Attorney General. He is licensed to argue for the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts of New York.
