Adam is a partner in MMPS’s Transactional Real Estate Group. He represents financial institutions and private lenders in a broad range of matters, including the financing, acquisition, and development of commercial properties, with extensive experience in bridge, mezzanine, construction, and leveraged loans, as well as loan participations. Adam also represents buyers and sellers in all facets of residential and commercial property transactions, including those involving cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family homes, and mixed-use properties. Earlier in his career, Adam represented nationally recognized mortgage lenders in the preparation and review of loan documentation for residential matters and advised lenders and brokers on federal and state compliance matters.
