Peter is a Partner in the Real Estate Group at MMPS. His practice primarily focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in residential real estate financing transactions. He also represents purchasers, sellers, and financial institutions in all aspects of real estate, guiding clients through each stage of the process—from contract negotiation and due diligence through closing. Prior to joining MMPS, Peter was an associate at a general practice law firm on Long Island, where he represented clients in a broad range of real estate and litigation matters. This experience provided him with a well-rounded perspective on both transactional and dispute-related issues affecting real estate and business clients. With more than a decade of legal experience, Peter is committed to providing practical, responsive, and results-driven counsel tailored to each client's objectives. Before beginning his legal career, Peter proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that continue to influence his approach to the practice of law. Outside of the office, Peter enjoys staying fit and spending time outdoors. Whether training in the gym, going for a run, or completing a weighted ruck, he values the discipline and resilience that an active lifestyle promotes.
