Matthew is an associate in the firm’s residential real estate department and supports the firm’s active transactional real estate practice. Matthew specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions. Matthew is well versed with respect to the due diligence conducted on residential real estate transactions including review of offering plans, financial statements, and co-op/condo board minutes. Prior to joining MMPS, Matthew worked at a real estate firm assisting in the representation of individuals and lenders in residential real estate transactions
